 A fabulous blend of colors with flowers make this a fun rug to hook and look at!  Must have been close to St Patrick's Day to have though of these Cabbage Roses. The Tangerine Poppy  Rug Hooking Pattern     Size 10 by 14 Inches $14.00 Plus Postage
This pattern is printed on linen and contains shading instructions with a photograph.  This flower was designed for one to practice basic shading techniques and wind up with a wonderful decorative piece to boot!  A Tangerine Poppy swatch is available just for this rug and is priced at $15.50 per swatch.  This swatch will allow you to complete the flower, buds, leaves and the corners (see those little nips on the corners?).  The wool for the leaves has been dipped dyed.  When you hook these strips in straight lines the shading will just fall in place You will need to order one half yard of the Tea Stained dyed wool for the background at $15.00 per half yard.  And there you go, all the special items you need to complete this colorful Tangerine Poppy rug hooking pattern.  ©Yankee Peddler 2001

Critter Pile  Rug Hooking Pattern  # 619     Size 22 by 42 Inches  $28.00 Plus Postage
Peep, Cock-a-doodle-doo, Oink-oink, baa, moo ! Most of our favorite barnyard animals balanced in a nice totem style pile.  If you look real close you might see the lady bug on the little chickadee on top (just kidding).  The background was hooked to resemble chicken wire and it gives a delightful barnyard backdrop to the animals.  You simply hook a darker color wool to resemble the wire and a lighter shade in the spaces.  ©Yankee Peddler 2000
